Track Your Moon Centers

Do you ever experience fluctuating emotions, feeling down one day and energized the next? Your Moon Center has shifted!

My Moon Map™ allows you to track your mood and emotional patterns using the ancient science of the Moon Centers derived from yoga.

What are the Moon Centers? Every woman has eleven Moon Centers located in different parts of the body, such as the Arcline, Eyebrows, Cheeks, and more. Each Moon Center keeps energy for 2.5 days or 60 hours before shifting to the next one. Only one Moon Center is active at a time.

Each Moon Center is associated with a specific mood or emotion. By monitoring your Moon Centers, you can effectively track your moods as they change along with the active Moon Center.

Your personalized pattern of experiencing all 11 Moon Centers occurs over the course of one month and remains consistent throughout your lifetime.

My Moon Map™ empowers you to map your unique Moon Center pattern so that you can effectively manage your emotions. With the ability to anticipate when you'll feel energetic and outgoing or when you may feel insecure and down, you can plan your life accordingly.

How to Use My Moon Map™

Open the app every two days and select the mood that best describes how you feel. Choose the date and time. Pay attention to your energy levels and observe how you feel and behave during those two days.

Continue mapping out your pattern for one month until all 11 Moon Centers have been noted. Save your Moon Map each month and compare your selections. By doing so, you'll develop heightened sensitivity and awareness of your energy field and learn how to harness the lunar force to your advantage.

Tracking the Moon Centers requires approximately one year, as you will experience the seasonal expression of each Moon Center throughout all four seasons.

Once you have mapped your Moon Center pattern, limitless energy becomes accessible to you.
